OUR story
The Toms River Housing and Homeless Coalition (TRHHC) is a not-for-profit organization centered on meeting the unmet needs of individuals who are or at risk of becoming homeless in Toms River and Ocean County at-large. The TRHHC is the culmination of years of work mitigating and advocating for the eradication of homelessness in our community. Stemming from the support of the Toms River Council and the partnership of numerous community and religious leaders.
